We’re looking for a senior project manager to lead our most strategic enterprise customers throughout their entire life cycle with Gloat. In this role, you are expected to develop high-trust relationships with your customers, lead face to face workshops, manage the project plan, its timelines, and oversee all of the onboarding work streams including IT and Change Management, until a successful launch of the product is announced in their organization. Once customer goes live, you continue to build out the trust and ensure a successful long term and expansion plan is in place for your customer. You will be measured on customers’ go-live, their defined success metrics, KPI results, and satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high integrity, thrive in dynamic environments, and have experience managing software or SaaS deployments at large global enterprises.
