About The Position

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead implementations with some of our most strategic enterprise customers throughout their entire life cycle with Gloat. 

In this role, reporting to our Regional VP Customer Success, you will take full ownership and accountability for large scale end-to-end projects, supporting both our customers as well as internal project delivery teams.You are expected to develop high-trust relationships with your customers, leading a cross functional delivery team, overseeing all of the onboarding work streams including technical implementation, project management and Change Management, until a successful launch of the product is announced in their organization. 

You will take a leading role on the project you are assigned to, needing to be external client/internal stakeholder-facing, alongside having people management and decision-making responsibilities with leadership qualities to drive each stage of their project with various internal teams. You will be the ‘voice of the project’ and must be adept at dealing with challenges, risk/issue management, reporting, as well as being instrumental in driving our company culture and values  within the team.

Your expertise covers scope, planning, risk management, resources, project progress reporting, tracking of deliverables, change management and meeting milestones, as well as the day to day management of implementation consultants. You are superbly organised, can lead many projects simultaneously, you take control, and you have passion for delivering superb software implementation projects


  • Drive the successful onboarding of enterprise customers, taking ownership of the project delivery while coordinating key customer and internal stakeholders
  • You give clear objectives to team members and enforce deadlines to keep projects on track
  • Manage customer post go-live and ensure successful launch leads to full scale implementation
  • Establish incredible rapport and trust with your customers
  • Establish project plan and timelines for go-live, incorporating the different onboarding work-streams, e.g. change management, integrations, IT signs off, legal, Support.
  • Influence change within customers to drive adoption of best practices and successful implementation, thereby deriving optimal value and utilization of the product and service.
  • Predict and forecast risk, problem solve and work independently
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company, e.g. Implementation, RnD, Product, Support, BI.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets or other targets defined by the business.
  • Manage customer post go-live and ensure successful launch leads to business wide deployment

  • Work closely with your enterprise customers to understand their business needs, helping them define success metrics and business impact


  • 5-7 years of experience in technical project management & implementation at or with enterprise companies
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS or software solution deployments
  • English at a native level
  • Proven ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C level executives
  • Understanding in HR software (HRIS, HCM, ATS, LMS/LXP, etc) – Advantage
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Expertise in mentoring, coaching and leading juniors, and building teams
  • Experience of working to a range of methodologies such as Prince 2, Waterfall or Agile
  • Strong project governance experience, gained within complex implementation environments
  • Experience of delivering projects within one or more structured project management methodologies.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business objectives and the role of systems in supporting organisational strategy.
