Change and Enablement (C&E) Consultant

About The Position

We’re looking for a Change & Enablement Consultant to help our customers deliver the cultural change needed to make InnerMobility a success. In this role, you are expected to develop high-trust relationships with your customers, consulting with them to provide expert advice on change management strategies. You will be measured on customers’ defined success metrics and satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high integrity, thrive in dynamic environments and have experience in Change Management or HR Transformation.


  • Drive the successful onboarding of enterprise customers, supporting them on the change management activities required pre-launch e.g. stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training.
  • Ensure that onboarding and expansion efforts result in increases in usage, adoption and customer value.
  • Work closely with your enterprise customers to understand their business needs, helping them define success metrics and business impact with InnerMobility and plans to deliver on these.
  • Provide data-led insights to customers to inform their strategy and launch tactics
  • Partner with customers long-term, providing consulting support on how to drive cultural change and transform the way work is done in the organization.
  • Establish incredible rapport and trust with your customers
  • Travel to customer sites (approximately once a month, or more) to lead multiple-day workshops or launch activities, speaking, presenting to and facilitating discussions with stakeholders from their HR, IT, leadership and more
  • Predict and forecast risk, problem solve and work independently
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of change management materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company, e.g. Implementation, Sales, RnD, Product, Support, BI.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets or other targets defined by the business.



  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Transformation, Change Management or Consulting
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • English at a native level
  • Experience with a variety of change management models and methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter’s, 7 S, etc.)
  • Proven ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C level executives
  • Understanding of HR software (HRIS, HCM, ATS, LMS/LXP, etc)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
