About The Position

Gloat is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who embodies our culture and core values. You will be responsible for the Hiring process end-to-end for our US teams and deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization, implementation of management processes, and organization development such as feedback, performance evaluation, employee retention, surveys, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for our teams based in the US.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, and become their trusted recruitment partner by providing guidance and helping them build excellent teams.
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents 
  • Data-driven recruiting – discovery of meaningful patterns in our data to support decision making related to recruitment and onboarding processes, activities, and outcomes
  • Conduct HR interviews and screens

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting E2E positions for sales roles in US regions for tech companies.
  • Proven experience in identifying top candidates for various roles while maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates.
  • Proven experience in HR interviews.
  • High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and automation tools, sites and code repositories, and groups and discussion forums
  • Experience working with Comeet ATS – preferred but not required.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative, friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive, and can-do approach.
  • Experience with implementing broad HR processes
