If you haven’t heard, we pioneered a category known as the Talent Marketplace.
It was a simple concept, but a really disruptive idea.
Instead of taking a hierarchical approach to talent management and always focusing on who we could hire from outside of our company, what if we better connected employees to the right opportunities within the company?
If we did, we could democratize opportunities and empower people to build more meaningful careers, while helping businesses retain amazing talent and to stay more agile, we thought.
And wow were we right.
Since we launched the first Talent Marketplaces with Unilever and Schneider Electric in 2018, we’ve grown exponentially year after year.
We onboarded amazing clients like Mastercard, Nestlé, Walmart, HSBC, Spotify, and dozens more.
We grew the team 5x and went global, expanding from our hub in Tel Aviv to NYC, SF, London, Sydney, Singapore, Mumbai, and the list goes on.
We raised our Series B and C funding, including our latest round led by Accel (they’ve invested in a few companies you may have heard of – Slack, Atlassian, Qualtrics, Hopin, etc, so we’re in good company)
And we’ve created an incredible demand and growth engine that we think is time to take to the next level as we enter yet another phase of growth.
So… we’re looking for someone to help lead the team into the next phase of hypergrowth Demand!
The Job
We’re looking for an enterprise marketing whiz with deep B2B SaaS expertise and the right combination of creativity and analytical skills. Someone with management experience to run a global Demand team, spanning Israel, the US, Europe, and APAC, and overseeing channels / functions including Digital Marketing, Paid Social, SEM, ABM, Marketing Ops, and more. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to be bold and creative with their ideas, but also comes with a set of proven tactics and approaches to grow the Enterprise Demand engine.
