We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join Gloat’s growing marketing team. If you have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment, you feel comfortable around marketing and sales technologies (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and you hold an exceptional combination of technical, analytical, and organizational skills from your time working in Marketing Automation, or MarkOps – then we’re looking for you!
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will run various marketing activities and work with many stakeholders within Gloat. You will launch creative email campaigns, help build out effective landing pages and smart marketing experiences, explore and implement innovative marketing technologies to fuel creativity and efficiency, track and report on different marketing efforts, ensure data is intact, and all in all – lead and execute on endless projects that involve creativity, tech-savviness, and analytical skills.

Work closely with marketing and sales to plan, establish, and optimize automated marketing campaigns for our mid-and bottom-funnel efforts
Constantly report on the efficiency of our marketing efforts to inform and guide our marketing strategy
Launch powerful email marketing campaigns and programs
Implement creative automation solutions to optimize our segmentation, scoring, and triggers
Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM, ensuring we have what it takes to run phenomenal campaigns at all stages of the buyer’s lifecycle
Evaluate new and existing technologies to empower the marketing team and associated stakeholders
Spot areas for improvement within the funnel and come up with optimization strategies
3+ years minimum in a Marketing Ops, Marketing Automation, Full-Stack Marketing Manager role or similar in a B2B SaaS company or a B2B SaaS agency
Strong tech stack: HubSpot & Salesforce, any other tools is a plus
Experience working with 3rd party automation and tracking tools (Zapier, Google Analytics, etc.)
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
Self and fast learner, Google is your best friend and you can figure out things on your own
Get-things-done approach; fast-paced and energetic
Strong independence skills; you carry the north start and can fly solo, but a dedicated team player as well
Exceptional attention to details
ABM experience – familiar with platforms such as influ2 and 6sense – advantage
Email marketing experience – a plus
Experience with paid campaigns platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing – a plus
Experience working with WordPress and Elementor – a plus
