About The Position

Gloat is looking for an experienced PPC manager to lead and manage our cross-channel lead generation and brand awareness campaigns. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the marketing team to create a coherent, tailored experience, marketing a fascinating, on-the-rise product in the HR tech scene. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role from a B2B SaaS company, and a lifecycle-wide view on leads. You’re used to meeting tight deadlines, turning data into insights, and tweaking campaigns into perfection. You are 110% fluent in LinkedIn, Google (search and display), Bing, and Facebook Ads, and passionate about the business at large. You feel comfortable coming up with your own exceptional ads, and a true team player at heart.


Manage and optimizing large scale lead generation and brand awareness campaigns across numerous network, primarily LinkedIn and Google

Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities on Google Search and Display, LinkedIn, Bing, Facebook, Capterra, G2Crowd and others

Maintain and optimize campaign keywords, bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics

Analyze all lead generation efforts in numbers channels including website traffic and create insightful reports on a regular basis

Come up with creative copy and suggest graphical assets

Manage account assets like audiences, conversions and micro-conversions

Identify, explore and strategize new demand generation opportunities

Regularly explore and communicate recommendations for success including keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, etc.

Stay up to date with lead generation channels industry trends and developments

Run A/B tests on copy and creative variations to optimize performance

Push forward new initiatives for landing pages, creative marketing and banner sets


Minimum 3 years of experience running global PPC campaigns; Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Adwords, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Display networks

Hands-on management of large-scale advertising budgets in a B2B SaaS company

Fluent written English skills (able to write your own ads)

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong Excel skills

Able to multitask and prioritize among many competing needs and meet deadlines

Working knowledge of current best practices in paid traffic

Superb collaboration and communication skills, ego-free, team-player

ABM experience – a huge plus
