About The Position

Hi, we’re Gloat


  • Drive Demand across the funnel for the Gloat brand and product suite using best-in-class marketing techniques across both digital and traditional channels
  • Track and continuously deliver the MQL:SAL:SQL funnel while ensuring we are driving Opportunities and Pipeline that drives business
  • Define and execute multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, including SEM, Social Media, Display, Video, Syndication and more, whilst constantly identifying and unlocking new growth channels 
  • Optimize and accelerate our ABM strategy 
  • Work closely with both outsourced, and in-house SEO and Content professionals to boost organic traffic and optimize website conversions
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing team to identify top-of-funnel lead magnets and bring them to life
  • Collaborate with (and possibly manage) Field Marketers to identify strategic event opportunities that drive pipeline and accelerate deals
  • Lead a high-performing, metrics-driven team and own agency and vendor relationships 
  • Analyze and report on the impact of lead generation and nurturing campaigns on sales pipeline and bookings
  • Produce clear yearly and quarterly plans to achieve digital marketing objectives
  • Partner with product marketing and sales team to develop integrated marketing solutions that communicate our brand and product story throughout the entire funnel in a scalable, holistic way 
  • Develop and define macro- and micro-KPIs to measure the performance of marketing channels and activities, converting data into actionable insights
  • Continually analyze, optimize, and evolve all aspects of the marketing stack and funnel


  • 6+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar, specifically for a B2B SaaS business
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role
  • Deep understanding of Paid and Organic Marketing, including SEM, Social Media, SEO, Display, Video, etc.
  • Experience with Use-Case, Persona-, and Account-Based marketing journeys
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and high communication skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Intercom, as well as with other marketing automation tools 
  • Experience working with leading CMSs such as WordPress, Webflow, etc.
  • Strong tracking and analytical skills, working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and similar
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
