Business Application Manager

About The Position

Gloat is in hyper growth mode and we are looking to hire an experienced Business Applications manager to be part of the Revenue Operations organization. Your mission is to build and manage the infrastructure behind our growing revenue engines, help optimize existing processes and implement new ones, manage and admin the GTM TechStack, lead cross organizational projects and ultimately help scale our business in an effective way.

Responsibilities

  • Align with the company’s goals and create a roadmap to the business applications landscape
  • Development, implementation, and administration of Salesforce.com
  • Manage, integrate and implement other applications such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Hubspot and others 
  • Work cross-departmentally and across geographies with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Finance to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help best utilize the tools in our stack
  • Lead multiple projects that integrates backend systems with business applications to create a full 360 view of our customers and support our business functions
  • Maintain data governance and assure a high data hygiene across all systemsResponsibilities:

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the business applications field, in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce principles, best practices, limitations and architecture 
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead complex projects and rollouts
  • Experience in supporting a global organization across geographies and time zones
  • The ability to balance high level planning with day-to-day operations 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate 
  • Experience with tools such as CPQ, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, and more preferred
  • Operate well in a fast paced, dynamic high growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
