About the role (Overview):

As Director of Enablement at Gloat, you are tasked with bridging the gap between the technical and business worlds, as you partner with cross-functional departments to develop a global enablement strategy as well as design, prioritize, and deliver key information systems and processes that help the business achieve its goals. Your objective is to provide the business with a framework that can adapt quickly to scale and complexity.


  • Develop Gloat’s enablement strategy and roadmap
  • Build the framework for a quick and scalable enablement 
  • Own the Sales Knowledge Base 
  • Lead different initiatives around enablement (Sales school, Sales Kickoff, ongoing field readiness)
  • Create an efficient onboarding plan for new hires that will be measurable and successful in shortening their ramp time
  • Ongoing communication & collaboration between All departments


  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or similar
  • Experience in supporting a global organization across geographies and time zones
  • Experience in building enablement plans and teams
  • The ability to balance high level planning with day-to-day operations 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate 
  • Operate well in a fast paced, dynamic high growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with enablement tools such LMS, KB, etc..
  • People person
  • Project management capabilities
