The Integration Engineer (Boomi) is a crucial member of the Solution Engineering team responsible for the successful integration of Gloat’s customers’ tech stack systems into their customer environments.. You will use Boomi to deliver and maintain custom and productised integrations In addition to ensuring smooth integrations, you will actively contribute to documenting Gloat’s best practices for standard integrations and facilitate knowledge sharing across various functions.

1. Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
- Expert on the Boomi integration platform, fully understanding its capabilities and requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to define integration needs and provide expert guidance on technical aspects.
2. Requirements Management:
- Review and approve all functional and technical integration requirements documentation prior to customer sign-off.
- Ensure that integration requirements align with customer expectations and project objectives.
3. Timely Delivery:
- Commit to integration project timelines and consistently meet or exceed delivery commitments.
- Effectively manage project timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful integration outcomes.
4. Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve System Integration Testing (SIT) findings in close collaboration with Implementation Consultants.
- Partner with Research and Development (R&D) teams to address technical issues related to Boomi or other backend/frontend (BE/FE) bugs that may impact integration success.
5. Education and Support:
- Provide ongoing technical education and assistance to current partners and integrating clients.
- Collaborate with 3rd-party vendors when necessary to create standard integrations for specific domains.
- Engage with the Product team to offer insights and recommendations on new integration opportunities based on your experience and knowledge of vendor capabilities.
6. Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
- Participate in complex design discussions with customers to ensure the seamless integration of Gloat’s solutions.
- Support customers during integration testing phases, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
Gloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The starting salary range for this role is $110k to $125k .
