A conversation with Dean Summlar, VP HR Pacific Zone at Schneider Electric

webinar Dean Summlar2 1

Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation with over 150,000 employees worldwide. While trying to answer the question “what makes quality talent leave the company?” they discovered that almost 50% of employees left due to a lack of visibility and access to career opportunities. They found a solution for this major retention problem in the form of Gloat’s internal Talent Marketplace.

Once Gloat’s power was released, Schneider Electric successfully assigned over 2,300 employees to new roles, unleashing 126,751 hours in hidden capacity in only just a few months.

Dean Summlar, Vice President, Human Resources & Chief of Staff Pacific Zone at Schneider Electric, will share his own personal experience as an HR leader at Schneider Electric with Gloat’s internal Talent Marketplace.

Join us to hear firsthand, how Gloat’s platform helped Schneider Electric make a real change.
