Heather Yurko (she/her) has been building people and organizations throughout her career, in multiple industries and has led teams in diverse HR functions. 

She and her teams have won multiple industry awards over the years from Pega, Oracle, Gartner, the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) and ERE. She has published whitepapers on Service Management Organizational Design and Transitioning to Agile Development, and the book “The Future of Work: How Artificial Intelligence Can Augment Human Capabilities”. 

Heather holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University-Teachers College, and loves working at the intersection of people, process, data, and technology.

Kathi is the Senior Vice President of Research at The Josh Bersin Company, leading and developing research-based insights for all areas of HR, Learning, Talent, and HR Technology. Kathi has more than 20 years of global experience in management consulting with IBM, PwC, and EY.She is a frequent keynote speaker, author, and thought leader. She holds a doctoral degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Vienna, Austria.
