Who Runs It

Heather Yurko

Meet Heather Yurko, your program lead.

Agentic HR Lead, Gloat · formerly VP Digital Talent, Mastercard

Heather didn’t learn this from the outside. At Mastercard she built and ran one of the most successful enterprise talent transformation initiatives in the industry — with Gloat as the technology partner. She’s also led talent transformations at Meta and Cisco, scaled two startups, holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia, and co-authored a book on the partnership between AI and human capabilities. Her past experience can help your team shape the future.

“HR agents are shifting our industry. Let’s partner, as practitioners, to accelerate your org’s transformation and create an amazing experience — directly with the team that builds it.”

Heather leads each program alongside Gloat’s solution engineers, AI architects, and field technical team — the people who own HCM integration and agent build end to end.

Why Now

Most teams evaluate agents in theory.

Slideware, vendor demos on someone else’s data, committee cycles that outlast the technology. This program does the opposite — working agents in your stack within four weeks, then four more proving impact against the metrics you set.

Everyone has agents. Ensure yours have context.

How It Works

Three phases. One working outcome.

Not a strategy deck about agents — a strategy built from agents already running in your environment.

1

Workshops

Map & target

We map your current workflows and tech architecture with your HR and IT leads, then help you rank where agentic innovation creates the most value first.

2

Live Agent POC

Build & deploy

Align on 1–3 agents. Gloat handles end-to-end design, build, and deployment inside your ecosystem — delivered in the flow of work. Live testing with a select cohort.

3

Strategy & Roadmap

Document & scale

We build the documentation, architecture blueprints, and deployment roadmap together — so you can present a credible, proven agentic strategy to your executive team at the Day 60 readout.

Agents live by end of Week 4.
Weeks 5–8 operate and measure.

Phase 1 Foundation, build & deploy Weeks 1–4
Week 1Workshops — objectives, agent menu review, use-case ranking; IT integration checklist completed
Week 2Systems and data integration configured; agents finalized, innovation cohort defined, success metrics agreed; connectors configured
Weeks 3–4Agent build & configuration in Agent Studio; user acceptance testing with HR and IT leads; executive sponsor approves deployment
Agents live on full cohort — end of Week 4
Phase 2 Operate, measure & close Weeks 5–8
Weeks 5–7Weekly output review — volume, quality, user feedback; agent refinement based on findings; impact tracking against agreed success metrics
Week 8Full output audit and impact assessment; enterprise architecture and deployment roadmap presented; commercial proposal scoped to agreed architecture

Frequently asked

Why is it free if it’s a $75,000 program?

We run a limited number of these each cohort to prove the model in real enterprise environments. You get the full build and roadmap at no cost; we get a reference-grade deployment. There’s no obligation to continue afterward.

What does this require from our IT and HR teams?

Access and alignment — not engineering effort. Your HR tech contact provisions HCM and Teams access (light involvement, weeks 1–2), and your HR lead defines the use case and cohort. Gloat owns integration, build, and deployment end to end.

Does this replace our existing HCM?

No. Your HCM stays the system of record. Gloat is the agentic layer that sits above it and runs what it never could. Systems of record tell you what is; systems of action decide what happens next.

What happens at Day 60?

An executive readout: a full impact assessment against your success metrics, an enterprise architecture blueprint, a 12-month deployment roadmap, and a commercial proposal scoped to that architecture — only if you choose to continue.

Which HCM systems does this integrate with?

Gloat integrates with all major HCM platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, and Microsoft Dynamics. Integration is handled entirely by the Gloat team during Weeks 1–2 — your HR tech contact just provisions access.

What kinds of agents can be deployed in the pilot?

Agents span the full HR value chain: internal mobility, skills profiling, career coaching, workforce planning, learning recommendations, succession planning, onboarding, and HR operations. In the Workshop phase, we rank which 1–3 agents create the most value for your specific context and deploy those.

How is employee data handled?

All data stays within your environment. Gloat operates under enterprise-grade security with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance. Agents read from your HCM with the same permission model your existing systems use — no new data exposure.

What if we want to continue after Day 60?

At the executive readout, you receive a commercial proposal scoped to the architecture defined during the program. There is zero obligation — you can walk away with the documentation, blueprints, and everything built during the program. Most organizations choose to continue because the agents are already running and producing measurable results.

How many people need to be involved from our side?

Three: an executive sponsor for strategic alignment, an HR program lead for use-case definition and cohort selection, and an HR tech contact for system access provisioning. Total time commitment is roughly 2–3 hours per week for the HR lead, less for the other two roles.
