Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a driven Product Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline our product development processes. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our product organization, ensuring efficient execution cycles, measuring success against objectives, and facilitating seamless collaboration between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the product team to achieve OKRs and build methodologies around tracking progress and measuring success
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between product teams and GTM teams to enable effective product launches and market adoption
  • Monitor and lead strategic projects that drive product excellence and business growth
  • Drive end-to-end product and R&D execution cycles and processes, improving efficiency and communication across teams
  • Establish and maintain operational processes that enhance product development workflows
  • Create and manage documentation for product processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or PMO (Project Management Office) roles
  • Proven track record working with product teams and R&D organizations
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and SaaS business models
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated drive and hungry attitude, with a passion for operational excellence
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR tech industry and talent management solutions
  • Experience with agile methodologies and related tools
  • Knowledge of product analytics and success metrics
