With a remarkable career spanning leadership, transformation, and human resources, Alex brings invaluable expertise to Gloat as the company continues to reshape talent and workforce management.

Badenoch most recently served as the Group Executive of Transformation, Communication, and People at Telstra, where she led the company’s transformative strategy on behalf of the CEO and Board. Her responsibilities included developing the transformation roadmap, establishing metrics and measures, and implementing a governance approach for successful multi-year program delivery. Throughout her tenure, Alex played a pivotal role in driving significant change encompassing digitization, customer experience enhancement, employee experience transformation, and substantial cost and workforce reductions.

Prior to her role at Telstra, Alex served as the Director of Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, and Customer for Asciano Limited. In this capacity, she oversaw various critical areas, including recruitment, remuneration, performance management, leadership development, and cultural development across Asciano’s workforce of 7,500 employees.

Badenoch’s extensive experience also includes executive positions at Telstra, where she held roles such as Executive Director of Organizational Development & Talent and Executive Director of HR for Telstra’s Consumer business. Moreover, she has held senior HR positions at prominent organizations such as Novell Inc. and Coles Myer, where she contributed to organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives.
