Who we’re looking for:
Gloat is hiring a Manager of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our team at the TLV office. The Manager of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire revenue generation process across the organization. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in revenue-related activities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of driving process improvements and ensuring data-driven decision-making to support our ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and streamline end-to-end revenue processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and improved performance across lead management, pipeline development, forecasting, and customer retention.
- Manage revenue-related data systems, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights through KPIs and dashboards, while using data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a revenue operations strategy aligned with company growth goals, collaborating with senior leadership on target setting, performance forecasting, and leading annual planning for sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage revenue operations tools, including CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment to support the company's growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and cooperation across the revenue funnel and product development strategies.
- Establish a high-performing Revenue Operations function, offering clear operational guidance, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture, and serving as a key advisor to the executive team on revenue-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, and how they interconnect.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Candidates must be able to commute to our TLV office at least 3 times a week
