She is currently the Head of Transformation for CCIB at Standard Chartered Bank, where her focus is devising skill-building initiatives to lead the organization into the future. Through the years, she has deployed her systemic thinking and human-centric approach to develop strategies and solutions to overcome some of today’s most pressing HR and business challenges.
Lewis is Partner and business leader for Mercer’s Singapore Career business. Voted a top 101 Global Employee Engagement and Experience Influencer, he is contributor to publications such as
the Harvard Business Review and Talent Quarterly and speaker in the areas of people science, HR data, employee engagement and leadership. Lewis has supported the development of several organization and HR capabilities programs, including a leading role in the development of the national Skills Frameworks in Singapore. He has deep expertise in making people programs relevant for C-level executives in global companies as well as facilitating senior leadership teams to help them unlock leadership effectiveness.
Chitralekha is an Associate Principal within Mercer Singapore Careers, where she focusses on Talent Marketplace and Skills-based Transformation and has co-authored Mercer’s report on Building and sustaining a thriving talent marketplace. She brings a unique blend of consulting and corporate experience across strategic and operational roles and has deep knowledge of people issues in banking sector and Asia markets. Chitra has 13 years of diverse and hands-on experience across HR Consulting, Corporate HR and IT Consulting and has led several large and complex projects in the areas of Talent Marketplace, Competency Frameworks, Talent Assessments, Employee
Engagement, Role Clarification, Position Evaluation / Grade Structuring, HR Due Diligence and Post Merger Integrations.
