Our Story

Gloat was founded by three entrepreneurial professionals who, despite their successful careers at respected global enterprises, felt the frustration of being stuck. Determined to create a solution that empowers both people and businesses to maximize their potential, they harnessed their technical expertise to develop an AI-powered Agile Workforce Operating System. This innovative system pairs a Talent Marketplace that drives internal mobility with a comprehensive Skills Foundation suite, providing full visibility into workforce capabilities. At the heart of this system is Gloat’s Workforce Graph, a dynamic database that leverages deep-learning AI to understand and optimize the relationships between different units of work. By reimagining how talent is utilized, Gloat is helping organizations and individuals to get unstuck and stay in continuous motion.

Our Name

Curious how we got our name? Our co-founder and Chief Product Officer Danny Shteinberg explains it best:”As we reimagined the way the world works, why not reimagine the way we celebrate our own success—and turn ‘gloating’ into something good?” We’re committed to breaking down the silos and barriers that hold people and businesses back, so that everyone has something they can gloat about. Since our founding in Tel Aviv in 2015, we’ve grown a global team and added offices in New York, London, and Sydney. Our customer obsession and passion for best-in-class data unites us and inspires us to create change.
