Gloaties spotlight: Celebrating 2025’s most dynamic organizations
Spotlighting four different companies that are pivoting ahead of the curve

Transformation is top of mind for leaders in 2025. But when it comes to implementing enterprise-wide change, not all initiatives are created equally.
While many executives are still in the planning stage of their transformations, a handful of organizations have already successfully implemented them at size and scale. During Gloat Live each year, we celebrate these visionary enterprises with our awards program known as the Gloaties.
Now in its fourth year, four trailblazing organizations took home a Gloatie at last month’s Gloat Live. Since their transformation stories are so inspiring, we’re spotlighting some of the highlights and learnings from each of their journeys so that you can level up your own initiative.
Boundary Breaker: Molson Coors
Molson Coors took home the first award which recognizes organizations committed to tearing down traditional hierarchies and shattering silos to create a more interconnected and dynamic workforce.
While the leading multinational beverage and brewing company may be early on in their journey with Gloat, they’ve already developed a one-stop shop for learning that empowers their workforce to hone new skills. Within months of launching their Agile Workforce Operating System, Molson Coors has already achieved nearly a 50% adoption rate and generated significant cost savings by reducing their reliance on external talent.
In the words of their Organizational Development Partner Samantha Morris, “Finding experiential and relational learning opportunities has always been the hardest part of development. Gloat gives us a way to meet that challenge head-on.”
Skills Vanguard: Nationwide
Our next award went to an organization that sets the gold standard for skills-based transformation. And we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving than Nationwide Building Society. This major UK retail banking company uses GloatI to shed light on existing and future skill needs so leaders can upskill accordingly.
Over the past year alone, Nationwide has collected over 1.6 million data points (!) on their workforce’s skills. Reflecting on the success of their skills transformation, Head of Future Workforce Mark Jackson says, “We now see the skills people have, the skills they’re developing, and how that’s changing over time. And then you can apply it at scale and suddenly you’ve got the ability to move the workforce around and be agile.”
Productivity Pioneer: Spotify
At a time when most organizations are eager to harness AI to up their outputs and efficiency levels, it’s safe to say that the competition for our Productivity Pioneer was fierce. But ultimately, Spotify’s ability to align projects happening on their Talent Marketplace with top business priorities helped them take home top honors.
This visionary organization has embodied what it means to pivot ahead of the curve from Day 1. They’ve even pushed our team to innovate to connect projects to clear business impact. And they’ve got one of the most impressive platform adoption rates around, with 93% of their workforce using their Talent Marketplace.
In describing their approach, Global Head of L&D, Talent Growth and Community Experience Johanna Bolin Tingvall says, “We’re not asking people to do more with less. Definitely not. We’re asking them to do things differently. And of course AI can be part of that, like the 10X employees. But it’s really about understanding how can I contribute with the hours and the energy that I have?”.
Workforce Agility Trailblazer: Mastercard
Considered our highest honor of the year, every organization was vying to receive the title of Workforce Agility Trailblazer. Ultimately, we had to give it to a company that embodies all the winning transformation principles we discussed throughout Gloat Live—and Mastercard fit the bill perfectly.
With 90% of employees using Gloat and hundreds of thousands of hours unlocked, Mastercard’s adoption and success metrics are out of this world. They’ve previously taken home both the Boundary Breaker and Productivity Pioneer awards, making them our first-ever triple winner.
Their Chief Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Officer Lucrecia Borgonovo emphasizes the importance of dynamic ways of working, noting, “Now that disruption is the new norm, we really need employees to be on top of their game. They need to stay current, stay relevant, learn new skills, and become agile.”
