Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a hands-on QA Manager to lead our QA team under clear, predefined goals. You should have strong leadership skills, experience managing QA teams in fast-paced environments, and a structured, process-oriented mindset. You’ll work closely with engineering and product to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery across the release lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Own, define, and lead quality assurance processes, both manual and automated
- Define and implement the release strategy for product versions, patches, and hot-fixes
- Build and execute short- and long-term work plans for both manual QA and automation
- Scale, manage, coach, and mentor the manual QA and automation teams within R&D
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other departments across the company
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing QA teams or groups, including manual and automation
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering roles
- Proven experience managing QA in a CI/CD environment, with strong knowledge of automation processes and tools
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale SaaS production environments
- Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives
- Experience managing full product release cycles in production environments is highly valued
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Familiarity with GenAI products or technologies is a plus
