Who we’re looking for:
Senior Bookkeeper who will join the Finance team and take full ownership over the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Billing and revenue management
- Collection and communication with customers
- Overseeing bookkeeping for subsidiaries worldwide
- Bank reconciliations and monthly CC reconciliations
- Fixed asset managing
- Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
- Maintain monthly close entries in company’s books, including salaries and IC entries Consolidation
Requirements
- 6+ years in bookkeeping within the High-tech industry
- Experience in overall accounting processes (payments/bank, tax, withholding)
- Strong English skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Netsuite- big advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Highly organized and reliable with great attention to details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Full time position
