Who we’re looking for:

an experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Controller who will join the Finance team and will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of global payroll.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner, end to end. (IL, UK,US)
  • Collect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employees
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll accruals and accounts reconciliations.
  • Work out social funds, tax and national insurance deductions
  • Help with pension agents.
  • Onboarding new employees- in charge of all the forms related to employees(102,106 forms) per the local law requirements, also process termination paperwork.
  • Be the Admin of the T&E platform and lead the expense reimbursement process.
  • Improving the interface with our payroll agencies and 3rd party service providers around the world including Israel.
  • Established processes in order to ensure compliance with payroll laws in different countries and ensure accuracy of the payroll calculation.
  • Monitor and perform payroll analysis and prepare reports.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to gather and process payroll data.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.


Requirements

  • Certified Israel Payroll Controller.
  • 5+ years of payroll experience. (high tech industry advantage) 
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills.
  • Excellent English – written and verbal.
  • Can-do positive approach.
  • Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • experience in global payroll -advantage
  • Experience with Hilan and Netsuite- Advantage.
