About the Role
We seek a strategic Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing processes and technology stack while driving operational excellence. You'll ensure seamless execution by aligning automation, analytics, and lead management to accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems. You'll enhance internal operations, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive efficiencies supporting lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
This role will also explore AI-driven tools and automation innovations to improve performance. You should be enthusiastic about leveraging predictive analytics and cutting-edge platforms to drive smarter marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Zapier, Zoominfo LeanData, and other automation tools to streamline marketing workflows and data management.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, improving lead flow, pipeline tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, including lead routing, lead scoring, data enrichment, and nurture campaigns to enhance conversion rates.
- Lead campaign setup, tracking, and reporting across marketing channels, including email marketing, paid campaigns, and events to improve performance visibility.
- Drive Gloat’s website AI chatbot strategy to boost visitor engagement, increase demo requests, and generate actionable insights for GTM stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Demand Generation, Content, Events, RevOps, and Sales to optimize marketing operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement best practices in data governance.
- Partner with digital marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in paid media execution, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation to expand your skill set.
- Research and implement innovative marketing technologies, AI-driven tools, and automation advancements to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Growth Opportunity
This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and demand generation. Even if you don’t have prior experience in paid media, you’ll collaborate with our digital marketing contractor, learning how to execute and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels. Over time, you can take on increasing responsibility in this area, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their marketing expertise.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or related roles.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and experience building reports/dashboards in Looker, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Experience optimizing lead flows, including lead routing, lead scoring, and data enrichment.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution, detail, and efficiency.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and predictive analytics
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, able to work with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams.
- Experience with website personalization platforms (e.g. Mutiny, Intellimize, Optimizely) and website builders/CMS tools (e.g. Wordpress, Webflow, Elementor, Gutenberg, Contentful)
- This hybrid position requires commuting to our office 3 days a week.
Preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and ABM strategies.
- Familiarity with SQL, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or other data tools.
- Certifications in marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), or analytics platforms.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced marketing environment.
