What we're looking for:

We’re looking for a Change & Transformation Consultant to help our customers navigate organizational change and maximize the value of Gloat’s Agile Workforce Operating System, including our talent marketplace and skills solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders, focusing on skills transformation and the shift toward skills-based organizations. In this role, you are expected to develop high-trust relationships with your customers, consulting with them to provide expert advice on change management strategies. You will be measured on customers’ defined success metrics and satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high integrity, thrive in dynamic environments, and have experience in Change Management or HR Transformation.

**This hybrid position requires commuting to our NYC office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies, toolkits, and frameworks to support customer adoption, usage, and long-term value realization.
  • Partner with customers to assess business needs, define success metrics, and drive cultural change through Gloat’s solutions.
  • Provide strategic advisory services and data-led insights to inform customer strategy, launch tactics, and ongoing adoption efforts.
  • Identify and address barriers to adoption, collaborating cross-functionally to remove blockers and optimize change execution.
  • Drive structured change management approaches through Use Case playbooks, workshops, and best practices.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, including HR, IT, and executives, to guide their transformation journey.
  • Support account planning, risk forecasting, and problem-solving to ensure long-term customer success and expansion.
  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person presentations and workshops, traveling as needed to drive hands-on engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of change management materials, ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Align change strategies with product innovation and GTM (go-to-market) execution for new offerings.
  • Collaborate with Gloat’s internal teams, including Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support, to drive seamless execution.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring measurable impact for both customers and the business.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Transformation, Change Management, or Consulting.
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers.
  • Strong familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s, McKinsey 7S).
  • Hands-on experience developing change toolkits, frameworks, and customer enablement materials.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of HR software (HRIS, HCM, ATS, LMS/LXP) and digital transformation in HR.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately once per month) to support customer engagements.
  • English at a native level.

Benefits

Gloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting total pay for this role is 120,000USD-150,000USD OTE
