Gloat releases new mobile app

New York, March 17, 2021 – This week, Gloat launched its latest version of the Talent Marketplace’s mobile app.

With this new release, the Talent Marketplace core offering is being extended to mobile screens in a seamless smartphone experience which requires no further setup or calibration on the user end. Ushering in new opportunities for deskless workers, this latest release offers an SSO-backed log-in screen, extensive language localization support, including full support of simplified Chinese, and the entire range of employee opportunities provided on the desktop interface.

Hiring managers can now manage candidates on the go, directly from the app, and all users can enjoy a tailored user interface, complete with company logo and brand color.

This release rounds out Gloat’s Talent Marketplace platform, and will allow enterprises to reach new, previously untapped segments of their workforces, with the aim of providing them with the benefits and advantages that come with the implementation of a democratized HR ecosystem.
